1. General provisions
1.1. While designing it is necessary to take into account the loadings arising at erection and exploitation of constructions, and also at manufacturing, storage and transportation of the consructions.
1.2. The basic characteristics of loadings established in the present norms, are their normative values.
As a rule a loading of the certain kind is defined by one normative values. For loadings of people, animals, equipment on overlappings (floors) of inhabited, public and agricultural buildings, from road and suspension lifting cranes, snow, temperature climatic influences two normative values are established: full and lowered (it is entered in calculation if the account of the influence of duration of loadings is necessary, if checking on endurance and in other cases stipulated in norms of construction and bases (foundations) designing.
1.3. Settlement value of loading should be determined as a product of its normative value on factor of loading reliability γf corresponding to a considered limiting conditions and accepted:
· a) At calculation on durability and stability - according to item 2.2, 3.4, 3.7, 3.11, 4.8, 5.7, 6.11, 7.3 and 8.7;
· b) At calculation on endurance - equal to unit;
· c) In calculations on deformations - equal to unit if other values are not established in norms of constructions and foundations designing
· d) At calculation by other kinds of limiting conditions on constructions and foundations designing norms..
It’s possible to define values of loadings by the set probability of their excess if the statistics are available.
It’s necessary to reduce settlement values of snow, wind, ice loadings and climatic temperature influences on 20 % while calculating of constructions and foundations for conditions of erection of buildings and constructions.
Factors of reliability on loading for all loadings taken into account should be accepted equal to unit if calculation on durability and stability in conditions of a fire, at explosive influences, collision of vehicles with parts of constructions is in need
The note: For loadings with two normative values corresponding settlement values should be defined with identical factor of reliability on loading (for an examined limiting condition).
Classification of loadings
1.4 It is necessary to distinguish constant and temporary (long-term, short-term, special) loadings depending on duration of action of loadings
1.5. The loadings arising at manufacturing, storage and transportation of constructions, and also at erection of constructions, are to be taken into account while calculated as short-term loadings.
The loadings arising at operation of constructions, are to be taken into account according to item 1.6-1.9.
1.6. Constant loadings are:
· a) Weight of parts of constructions, including weight of carrying and protecting building constructions;
· b) Weight and pressure of soil (embankments, backfillers), mountain pressure.
The energies( efforts) from a preliminary pressure kept in he constructions or foundations are to be calculated as efforts from constant loadings.
1.7. It is necessary to carry to long loadings:
· а) Weight of temporary partitions, fillers and concrete stands under the equipment;
· b) Weight of the stationary equipment: machine tools, devices, motors, capacities, pipelines with armature, basic parts and isolation, tape conveyors, constant elevating machines with their ropes and directing, and also weight of liquids and the firm bodies filling the equipment;
· c) Pressure of gases, liquids and free-flowing bodies in capacities and pipelines, overpressure and the underpressure of air arising at ventilation shafts;
. d) Loadings on floors from stored materials and stage equipment in storage facilities, refrigerators, granaries, book-depositories, archives and similar accommodations ( places)
. e) Temperature technological influences from the stationary equipment;
. f) weight of a layer of water on the water-filled flat coverings;
. g) weight of an industrial ajournment of a dust if its accumulation is not excluded by corresponding actions;
. h) loadings from people, animals, equipment on overlappings(floors) of living, public and agricultural buildings with the lowered normative values shown in tab. 3;
. i) Vertical loadings from road and pendant cranes with the lowered normative value determined by multiplication of full normative value of vertical loading from one crane (see item 4.2) in each flight of a building on factor: 0,5 - for groups of operating modes of cranes 4К-6К; 0,6 - for group of an operating mode of cranes 7К; 0,7 - for group of an operating mode of cranes 8К. Groups of operating modes of cranes are accepted in accordance with GOST 25546 - 82;
. j) snow loadings with the lowered normative value determined by multiplication of full normative value according to instructions of item 5.1 on factor: 0,3 - for III snow area: 0,5 - for IV area; 0,6 - for V and VI areas;
. k)Temperature climatic influences with the lowered normative values determined in accordance with the instructions of item 8.2-8.6 under condition of Θ1 = Θ2 = Θ3 = Θ4 = Θ5 = 0; ΔI = ΔVII = 0.
. l) the influences caused by deformations of the foundations( basis), not accompanied with a basic change of structure of a ground, and also thawing of permafrosted soils;
m) the influences caused by change of humidity, slump and creep of materials.
1.8. It is necessary to carry to short-term loadings:
· а) Loadings from the equipment, arising in start-stop, transitive and test modes, and also at its replacement ;
· b) Weight of people, repair materials in zones of service and repair of the equipment;
· c) Loadings from people, animals , the equipment on overlappings(floors) of living, public and agricultural buildings with full normative values, except for the loadings specified in item 1.7, a, b, c, d;
· d) Loadings from the mobile hoisting-and-transport equipment (loaders, electric cars, shtacker cranes , telpher, and also from road and pendant cranes with full normative value);
· e) Snow loadings with full normative value;
f) Temperature climatic influences with full normative value;
g) wind loadings;
h) ice-crusted loadings.
